A: You fill the tub, add it in and then run it for a while. Used it for an indoor spa jet tub. Had to decrease the amount of it because there is less water for a tub vs hot tub, and needed a window open because it is very harsh to breathe. I ran it for twice the time it recommended to flush the pipes in the jets. Very disgusting how much comes out of them after 60 minutes.

Q: How to stop the foaming run - take time or I need to do something before I drain the spa ?

A: Hello Johanna, Run all jets and water features at high speed for 2 or 3 full cycles to deeply clean all spa pipes. If excessive foaming occurs, turn off jets. Once foaming subsides, restart the cycle. Drain spa completely, rinse with water and wipe surfaces with a clean cloth. Best Regards,

A: Hi, vents can be open or closed, the product will work. If the vents are open, you might get some foam building during the treatment. The optimal scenario is to do the treatment with the vents closed. Thank you

Q: Three questions! Will this also kill any biofilm/bacteria (such as "Hot tub folliculitis") that might be lingering in the pipes? What is the MSDS on the product? What are the user instructions (ex: quantity to use per litre?)

A: Hi, this product is not strong enough to destroy bacteria or biofilm. If we may give you a simple image on how the product works. It will only scratch the surface of the biofilm but will not be able to destroy completely the biofilm and bacteria. The dosage is 250ml/1000 l.
