How do I choose the right patio cushions and seat pads?

Consider the following when choosing outdoor cushions:

• Size - Measure the depth, width and height of the patio chair cushions and your patio chairs. As well, consider the shape of the seats, whether they are round, square, u-shaped, or trapezoid

• Style – This is based on personal preference, so we recommend choosing something that suits your style and space.

• Material – Some things to consider are the amount of exposure to the elements, where you will store your seat pads and the amount of usage. You might want to read the label attached to the cushions you choose for more information.

• Thickness – Consider the depth of the seat you will use the cushions on. Thicker padding may offer more comfort for harder frames but may not pair well with the size or style of your seating.

How do you maintain patio cushions and seat pads?

Outdoor patio cushions are generally very durable, but some things you can do to extend the life of your patio seat pads include regularly cleaning them, using cushion covers, switching between different sets or styles and keeping them protected from inclement weather.
