How tall are bar stools?

Bar stools are customarily between 29-in to 40-in tall. They are built in accordance with bar height table standards that are typically 42-in tall. Most bar stools have adjustable height mechanisms, making them a practical selection for different table surfaces in your living space.

What is the difference between a bar stool and a counter stool?

Bar stools are a few inches taller than counter tools and are commonly built with an adjustable height feature. Counter stools are up to 28-in tall and are built for any counter height table between 35-in to 39-in tall.
