Its a good leaf vacuum but the manual has little metric value like Air Velocity which is not km/hr but mph which that backwards US mearment

I was able to vacuum and mulch both dry and wet leaves and use them into my garden. All my neighbours were very interested and were very impressed with what it could do.

I've bought 2 of these over the years, they work well but the fact that I can't get a new bag for in store is the reason I bought my 2nd now one has been stolen so I still have one without a bag and am thinking I'll probably buy a different kind.

Q: How easy when operating, to change from mulch to blow mode? Is it a matter of flicking a switch to change between vacuum to blow mode? Or do I need to dismantle parts?

A: It is easy, but it's not done with the flick of a switch. From vaccum mode you need to remove the suction tube, close the safety hatch, remove the bag, and clip on the blower nozzle. This takes about 30 seconds.

Q: What's the noise level of this tool when in operation (i.e. how many decibels)?

A: It's loud, don't know how many decibels. I always use ear protection when operating lawn mowers, leaf blowers, etc.

A: There is a small red safety switch that prevents the unit form running if the guard or the vacuum tube is not installed properly. I would check to make sure the small red switch is pushed in properly.

A: The metal mulch blade should be available. Not sure what a person would need but C.T. is really good for warranty and exchange.

Q: How much does this weigh? I am very interested in the weight of this since I have a rotator cuff problem. An answer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

A: It is not real heavy but they all have weight to them. I just hang my arm straight and not carry the weight anyway. There is a shoulder strap for the bag. I don't think it would bother a shoulder if you can hold say around a gallon of milk in weight. cheers

Q: Can you output directly into a yard waste bag? When you are mulching with this unit, can you use the standard yard waste bag to output the waste or must you use the cloth bag?

A: Not sure what is meant by standard yard waste bag. If it is plastic then it will blow up like a balloon. If the air passes through like a cloth you could. But the bag with the blower has a big zipper that lets the trash fall out. So not sure if a person could carry any other type of bag once it had some stuff in it? Hope this helps.

Q: electrical connection must be loose, goes on and off while I bend the cord. how do I take the housing off to search and repair the connection. Yardworks blower and mulcher combination 2017, only used once .
