Worst customer service ever

Really poor quality after 1 game the bat bended but the worst part was the experience of returning the bat. Worst customer service ever. Thought about closing my credit with Canadian Tire.

Bought a Baseball Bat

(Cdn Tire asked me to write a review) It's a softball bat. Aluminum. It was the cheapest one. So I bought it. I'm sure it's fine. I guess we'll see when there is baseball again. That's about it. (I was not paid for this review - believe it or not)

My 10 yr old son needed to bring his own bat in order to play baseball at school, as Covid prevented the kids from being able to share equipment. I didn’t want to limit who could use the bat, so I opted to buy a full size bat instead of a smaller one made for kids. Despite being an officially certified softball bat made for an adult, this unit is so light that even our youngest 8 yr old son can easily swing and reliably hit without struggling. The light weight isn’t detrimental to its ability in smashing a full sized softball to the fences either, and it does it without vibration or shock to my hands. Worth every penny!
