Q: Est-ce que l’on peut accéder aux vidéos sur un PC directement du DVR ? C’est pour une personne âgée qui n’a pas de téléphone intelligent et qui a un vieux pc (vieux Windows).

Q: is this set up easy to install? what does it require in regards to installation?
3 years agoA: Yes it is easy to install. You need a screw driver and possibly a drill to run the cables into your home. You run the cables from the installed camera and connect them to the DVR and set up a recording schedule and you’re done. It was pretty straight forward. If you have a smart phone, you can install the app to view the recordings/detections while you are away from home.

Q: Would be much better if this system was wi-fi, but since it isn't, what is the length of the coax cables that come with this unit?

Q: Does this have to be hooked up to the internet? Or will it just record to the DVR from which video can be viewed later?

The footage will be recorded and can be reviewed while connected to a monitor. If you need to remotely access your device an internet connection is required.
