This cover kit was easy to replace on my existing frame. Unknown how long it will last as the 1st cover completely disintegrated from our intense Colorado sun in about 16 months. This time when I installed the new cover, I immediately. covered it with another heavy-duty tarp(Silver) to protect it from the sun. Hopefully, I can get a longer time period with the double cover now. I feel the quality of the covers could be improved to last better.

Every couple years we need to replace the cover over our hot tub. The side that the sun hits starts to disintegrate I’m assuming because of the chlorine. Until we build a proper gazebo, this is the affordsble way we will continue.

Everything required to complete replacement of my Shelter Cover was found inside the box. Clear instructions. Quality parts. I finished removal of old cover and replaced new cover in approx. 1 hour by myself.

Q: what are the demensions? (width, length and height) and how does the door close zipper or roll up or...?

  • A: I put a 1" x 1" batten through the seam at the bottom of the door. Makes it very easy to roll up, and it helps in the wind. You could use a piece of pipe as well.

Q: What are the anchors like that hold this into the ground.  Would I have to take extra steps to secure it to survive an Ontario winter.
