My helping hand

I love how this helps to keep my house a lot cleaner. I have 2 dogs who are constantly tracking dirt/mud in the house. My Robot helps to keep the main floor clean.

Battery is terrible

I’ve used this vacuum less than three times, and I just bought it recently. At first, since I wasn’t home during the initial runs, I thought maybe it wasn’t cleaning properly because it was still learning the layout. But today it only cleaned one room and then shut off in the middle, even though it was fully charged. It didn’t even make it to the living room.
My apartment is only about 60 m² (small), but the battery performance is terrible. I also bought another one as a Christmas gift for my mom, but now I’m really disappointed so I purchased two of these in total. If it continues like this, I will definitely return both.

Not great

I have had this for over two years. It is not great and I’ve been pretty disappointed with it. The vacuum suction is very weak. I’ve watched it go over small, lightweight objects such as a small leaf and it does not pick it up. It won’t mop if there is carpet anywhere between it’s home base and where you want to mop. It might be beneficial for someone who used it every day of the week for very light vacuuming. Don’t bother with the mopping version.

Horrible

I have requested replacement for this robot and its parts 3 times already, it keeps malfunctioning and smaller plastic parts keep breaking

Not very Good

Used it for the first time today. The battery is running out very quickly within 2 hours it’s just 25% remaining
It doesn’t clean thoroughly despite going over the same place again and again.
Haven’t even tried the mop yet
Since it’s Shark which is a major brand, would have expected better. It’s rather a waste of money to be honest.
If you don’t have pets and kids, might work for you
Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend!

Q: I bought my vacuum/mop from the Olds, AB Canadian tire yesterday.. and it didn’t come with a dust bin for the vacuum. Only a mop reservoir. Wondering if I can get the dust bin or if it’s supposed to come with one?

Q: How do I empty this vacuum?

A: Please follow this steps to empty your Shark Robot Vacuum: to remove the dust bin from the back of your robot, press the release button and slide out the bin and hold the dust bin over the trash. Press and hold the release button again and lift open the dust bin lid. Empty debris into the trash and clean the area between the filter and the plastic shield. If a wash is desired, first remove the filter. Use a damp cloth and allow it to air-dry 24 hours before reinstalling.

Q: My living room floor, which is adjacent to my kitchen, has been laid with wood floors and there is about a 1" rise to the wood floors from the kitchen floor. Will the robot vacuum navigate the rise or will it stop and only do the kitchen?

A: Hi there, The robot's cliff sensors will prevent it from falling off ledges. For the cliff sensors to work properly in any mode, all runners, rugs, or carpets must be at least 8 inches from any stairs/steps. If needed, creating a no-go zone via the app will help create parameters.

It does come with 2, and they are machine washable so they shouldn’t need regular replacement.
