Vanity isn't the objective of this product. It's housed inside a matte black tower. It dispenses CO2. That's all I expect and it delivers.

Better than brand name

Significantly less expensive than a certain brand-name carbonator (CO2 tank) while providing more fizz as well.
Despite consistently selecting mid-level carbonation, I get nowhere near 60L of soda. While assuming that this is purportedly based on the lowest level of carbonation, I estimated that it should be about 40L of soda. I generally get about 35-38 750 ml bottles of soda per carbonator, which, while less than the 40L expected, However, it still moderately more than I had been getting with the brand-name tanks.

Q: Is this cylinder of Canadian origin? I use Sodastream and want to change from using their US-based cylinders to one that is Canadian.

A: No. The ReFlo label actually says the cylinders are imported by SodaStream Canada!
