Have been using Paderno pots and pans my entire life. I grew up with them in my kitchen. Was so happy to receive this as a gift! Cooked braised short ribs over this weekend and could not have been happier and it was so easy to clean. You will not be diasppinted!

Grace a l'efficacité de la conception de l’intérieur du couvercle, la viande qui cuit dans la cocotte reçoit un arrosage automatique sans qu'on s'en occupe. Cette fonctionnalité rend la cuisine moin exigeante et permet d’exécuter d'autre taches en parallèle tout en ayant une viande aussi juteuse que si nous l'avions arrosée.

This product is a heavy duty dutch oven that can be used for a multitude of different tasks. It works great on the stove top to sear meat or as a frying pan. It can be used in the oven as a roaster and it can also be used a standard pot if required. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who wants the perfect multipurpose dutch oven.

Wonderful good looking product

Love the squared feature of the pot, allowing positioning of the lid so it won't fall in the pot. It also has basting beads on the lid so moisture drips back into what you're cooking.

Fantastic Skillet

I cooked a chicken cacciatore in this skillet and it was fabulous. I loved the fact that I was able to cook the whole meal in the same pot. I browned the chicken, made the sauce and added the pasta all within the same skillet. The result was delicious and the clean up a breeze.

Q: Can you use this as to deep fry chicken wings? Would it be safe to use to deep fry at high heat without any particles from the pot leaking into the oil/chicken?
