Get the real deal … buy Kasa!

Purchased this device as opposed to the plugs, switched and outlets I already own as it was available locally from Canadian Tire rather than buy it online.
Set it up fine … Bluetooth rather than wifi but no issues. Worked for 3 days and then NOTHING. Connection gone, Routines did not work. Returned for a store credit

short Life

these work very well, but, be prepared to replace them about every 14 months.
I've had three go down in near the same time span, so I believe designed only to last this long. the sign that it's reached end of life is the unit with turn on and off every 2 seconds....there is no fix other than replacing.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Plug works well with smart phone app. However found out is not compatible with Alexa or similar. Was returned to the store.
