Excellent quality. Going as toxic free as possible and this seemed like a good option. Happy with my purchase, would absolutely recommend. Way thicker than the cheap Betty Crocker coated toxic pans.
Remember to set your oven at 25°F less than what is called for in the recipe otherwise the centre of your cake will be undercooked while the edges will over bake. Watch the time, it might need less time to fully bake than the recipe calls for. Worth the money if you want quality

Q: Is this safe to use in an Instant Pot?

A: If you are using the Paderno aluminum cake pan as an inner container, make sure the pan is at least half submersed in liquid/water. Using the pan this way, like a steamer, won't harm the metal but it will become discoloured as minerals in the liquid react with the aluminum.
