Sold used item? Hole in pool before using it

Purchased for my sons birthday party- filled all 3 layers with air but the bottom one wouldn’t hold air. Found a small slit along the seam so we couldn’t use it for the party. The box looked open upon purchase (but assumed I wouldn’t be sold a used item?) the repair patch that the instructions say is included was nowhere to be found. Scuff marks on the side and the black logo was sun faded. Going to return it tomorrow

not strong enough to hold capacity

Great size and easy to set up, but it can’t hold itself when at full capacity..at least the one we bought. We were excited to use but a bit after filling one side started to weaken and the water would push that side outwards.
Another, the plug to drain is very small for the size, could a little bigger.

Q: Blew this up, ensured it was level. Within an hour of filling one side is bowing out. What could the issue be?

A: We didn’t experience that issue. Our issue was 6 pin holes on the bottom ring. It look like during packaging, it got dragged because all holes were on the same side and aligned.
