Useless piece of garbage can't make an ornament

I just bought these last week and they are terrible. they twist when you are trying to work the wire into a circle to make an ornament's hanger. The pliers themselves aren't strong enough to keep their own shape. And I lost my receipt so I'm stuck with them. A horrible lousy cheap tool that's no use
