Bought this unit yesterday. Today it is 31 degrees celsius outside and this air conditioner is keeping my living room and hallway off the living room at 22 degrees (~380 sq ft). I am impressed with it, however when the fan is on high and compressor kicks in it shows a decibel reading of 58 at about 10 feet from the unit. Not much lower on the low speed fan setting. The unit also came without a remote. I called Hisense and they said a replacement would be here in 5-10 days. Hopefully this is the case, I need the remote to connect it to my wifi for remote access.

Great Air Conditioner!

We bought this Hisense air conditioner for our apartment . Our living room-dining area -kitchen is open space with about 360 square feet. The air conditioner cools this space with ease!. We’ve had very humid days but we’ve been very comfortable.. easy set up and use, I highly recommend this unit!!!

J,ai acheté cette article et très content, un peu bruyant comme tout les autres mais parvient a rafraichir une pièce sans problème et n,accumule vraiment pas beaucoups d,eau, vidé une fois a date et beaucoups servis.

This unit does not cool as it should- Cools my bedroom and that is about it. A solid window air conditioner would be better.

Just bought this unit, parts all there and they do fit. It is much quieter than our old unit. has cooled our apt down quite nicely.. Now lets see how long it lasts..

A: I feel mode basically means the unit has a sensor to "feel" the ambient room temperature and can help with some automated climate control. When you press the IFeel mode button, the temperature sensor built in to the remote controller is activated. It can sense its surrounding temperature, and transmit the signal back the unit, the unit can adjust the temperature to provide maximum comfort to the user.

A: We recommend using this unit up to 300 sq.ft. but we've heard customers have success with larger rooms if they are installed correctly and doors are closed.

A: Nos unités de climatisation portables sont conçues pour être «sans eau» et ne nécessitent pas de vidange dans des conditions d'utilisation normales.
