    Works as expected

    Water got into door mechanism and unfortunately stopped working after freezing. Was able to exchange easily in store as I keep all receipts that have warranty.

    Very easy to install and it works great. I purchased it to install it in a new door and the instructions werent too complicated to read. Very easy to install and with minimal effort

    You get what you pay for, item was functional and relatively easy to install. Design/materials do feel/look to be 'economical'.... would not by any means put on front/side doors etc. but great for shed or possibly garage door.

    We needed to change our locks, I was able to find this combo pack at Canadian Tire. It was great to be able to get both pieces in the same package! They fit our doors perfect and they were easy to install.
