poor design with loose fit

installation was easy but the top part was loose immediately after. the heavy top is only held together by a tiny screw. it fails when you pull the facuet to reach the bottom of the sink. poor product and poor engineering.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Hi thanks for you contacting me, I haven't had issues with mine. Not sure if Canadian Tire sells parts for it but Amre Aupply should have them or the manufacture. Other thing that you can do is check on google the previous issues with this faucet. Sometime it's just an oring or need tighten

Q: For those of you who are having trouble removing the trim cap. It's a push on trim cap. I thought it was a screw on trim cap. Called Danze and they didn't even know it was a push on trim cap. Best way to remove it is by using a knife/chisel to open a gap.

Q: Resubmitted due to ad blocker issue. Bought a Danze Jasper six months ago and it is leaking badly where the neck spring attaches to the base above the handle.
