Unfortunately not there yet

Unfortunately this product did not live up to the expectation. It is a fantastic idea but needs a few changes to make it a competitive tenting product. One of the tents that attached did not match up fully with the other zipper. And in between the main tent and the side tent there was leakage, from the morning dew. It also took a while to attach, although it was our first time. Not recommended.

Great functionality, poor rain protection

We bought these as we are a family that wanted privacy and a space to relax in case it rained. We bought the larger one from somewhere else where I have put the same review. It is a great system. Having them connect and yet good privacy. Lots of large windows for great ventilation. Could use some more pockets as their are very little of them (2) and they are tiny. That being said, they are far from waterproof or even resistant. We bought them this year and have used them twice. First time was a disaster. Pools of water were everywhere. Coming in through most seems in all of them. We have 3 connectors and the main one. Had to use all our towels and luckily was able to buy some tarps to help from the campground store. It really came through where all the connections were and through most of the seams where it met the bottom thick part. Also started leaking in the centre at the top. Not as bad as the sides. Made for an interesting camping trip.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Cheap

Just bought this tent. Purchased based on the fact it could attach to other tents. Have a couple young kids and like having them close but it too close. First off setting up was okay. 1 person with a little knowledge could do it. Takes about 30 mins on average. Design is a little wonky. Zippers are really cheap. Could see a problem down the road. Main concern is the fly and materials used. Fly isnt as big as I would like and from other reviews I could rain being a problem. Luckily I have a big tarp which I will be setting up for backup. Havent connected it to main hub but like I said the zippers are cheap so I hope they're wont be an issue. For the price of the tent I am not overly impressed even on sale. Good reviews were based on some promotion which I would disregard. Personally I would steer clear of this and look for something designed better. Lots out there in this price range.
