Champion’s 3550-watt generator with electric start features Dual Fuel, allowing the 224cc engine to run on either gasoline or propane. Featuring Intelligauge, Volt Guard™ and Cold Start Technology, it provides up to 9 hours of run time on gasoline or 10.5 hours on propane.

Q: How long can this generator run on a 20lb propane tank
7 years agoA: This generator will run for up to two hours per gallon (4lbs) of propane at 50% load (1,775 watts). This would put the run time for a 5 gallon / 20lb tank at up to 10 hours at 50% load.

Q: Why is it a "duel fuel" generator? Are propane and gas having a fight to the death? OR is it actually a "dual fuel" generator... with two options?
