Our nonstick coating formulations are considered proprietary, but we're happy to share that they are stable, inert, non-reactive, non-toxic and are PFOA-free. Q: What’s the steamer basket volume? And, can this operate continuously for 10hours (or more) without intervention (ie. restarting)?
