These pans were recommended to me as the best pans he ever used, and I agree! Good weight, cooks evenly, nice handles. These pans will last me a long time!

Best non-stick pans we've ever used!

Typical home use but these are the best non-stick pans we've ever used. They distribute the heat very evenly and the non-stick surface is great. They are certainly more heavy duty than others we've tried. Well worth the little extra cost.

I bought a set of these pans about 4 years ago and use them almost exclusively for everything I cook from steaks, to chicken, to fish; for making ""baked"" sweet potatoes, honey carrots, grilled asparagus, scrambled eggs, omelets, fried eggs, etc. You name it, I cook it in my Anolon pans. I just purchased two more sets of these pans to be sure I have enough available for whatever I decide to prepare. Love 'em!

I have officially disposed of all other pans in this house. These Anolon Nouvelle Copper Skillets are phenomenal. Nothing sticks. Nothing what so ever. I've used these skillets numerous times since I've gotten them and I just love them. Clean up is super simple because once again, nothing sticks. I really like the even heat all throughout the pan. Everything cooks evenly. Perfectly. I am absolutely amazed with this product!!

The Anolon Nouvelle Copper Hard-Anodized Nonstick Twin Pack 8-Inch and 10-Inch French Skillets - Dark Gray pans that I tried are absolutely amazing! I have used them exclusively for a week now and my whole family loves them. I am so impressed that I'm going to get the rest of my cookware from this line Anolon. I wasn't aware of this brand before I tried these two French skillets but I am sold on them now. They have a lifetime guarantee as well as solid and quality construction to boot. These pans cooked great no matter what I was making and heat evenly without sticking. I especially love that they are oven safe as well as metal utensil safe. These pans are as beautiful in design as they are in function!
