Q: Why is it the filter after using it for 4 days now always detaching from the base even the water pressure is low?

A: Thanks for the chance to assist you. We're sorry you're having this issue with our Basic Faucet Filtering System and Filter not staying in place, Dencio. You deserve a better experience than this, and we'd like to help. We recommend holding the filter cartridge above the filter cup and aligning the insert groove on the lower part of the cartridge with the filter replacement indicator at the front of the filter cup. Support the bottom of the base system with one hand, and insert the filter cartridge into the filter cup until a "click" is heard. A: Thank you for contacting us, and we're happy to help you reset the indicator on your faucet mount system. Please rest assured that your system is still filtering your water. We recommend following these steps to reset the filter change indicator. Using a pointed object, preferably a pen, remove the filter from the base. Place the pen inside one of the two small holes in the cup area behind the light. Press the pen down for 7 seconds each, then repeat with the second hole. Please note that not all faucet systems have an led light, and for further assistance, please call 800-242-7482 and reference this number 210422-000418. Q: water is spraying out of the mounting collar where system attaches to faucet. None of the following trials worked: removed the adapter, removed the filter, tightened the collar (contractor tried these). What can be done?
