Terrible Warranty Service

First off, let me say this is a spacious, functional cart. It is a good value for the price - especially if you get it on sale. But... I bought this tool cart on Boxing Day, 2025. After about 6 months, I started having issues with one of the drawers binding. Not long after, one of the roller sliders came apart, making that drawer, and the one below it basically unusable. I contacted Maximum, who then referred me to a company called "Mechanair" that (I can only assume) supplies the cabinet. Dealing with Mechanair is an absolute nightmare, to say the least. I buy the majority of my tools from CTC, and dealing with warranty issues has always been straightforward, and painless. Not the case as far as this tool cart is concerned.

Yes, I recommend this product.

  • A: 16" is about the size of the gas strut of the original. It says to hold about 5lb each side and mine has failed to. Found a very close replacement on Amazon with the part #APGS0725 A-Premium 15.70 inch 10lb Lift is the closest there is and better than manufacter

  • A: I can only answer your 3rd question and what I can tell from the pic is that this one has a deep drawer and 2 smaller drawers compared to the blue one looks like it has 4 full length drawers.
