Cet appareil remplace mon V11 précédent dont j'étais satisfait jusqu'a ce que le moteur fasse défaut. Il fonctionnait encore m'ais s'arrétait continuellement, au début de l'utilisation s'arrétait continuellement de 5 à 10 fois, ensuite tout rentrait dans l'ordre jusqu'à la prochaine utilisation. Diagnostique du technicien: défaut de moteur. Notez sa mise en fonction le 16 setembre 2023; donc 3 ans d'opération!!? Juste après la garantie, évidemment! J'espère que mon 2ème aspirateur V11 sera plus fiable, pour le prix payé je m'attendais à mieux.

My v11 absolute was wonderful but the motor just recently died so purchased the V 11 that was on sale. Suction power is great and love that this one also has the screen to display runtime and has 3 power levels. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver.

Q: I purchased a Dyson V11. worked for a while, loved it. however, the battery ran out we purchased another battery, worked for a while . it no longer works and se cannot figure out why. any ideas?

Q: i bought a dyson v11 vacuum and it worked up to 60 minutes on a full charge.it now will run about 15 minutes.how can i get a new battery on warranty from dyson.this is the second dyson vacuum i have owned and i had good luck with the old one.
