I no longer own my Dyson. Wasn’t happy at all. I have mostly hardwood floors and some big area rugs. As soon as it hit a rug it stopped spinning. I returned it.

I can’t rave enough about. I have 3 cats. The amount of fur & dander being vacuumed up is amazing. I am seriously considering buying a second, to have one on each floor.

Well made -as expected- with significantly more suction power than the earlier Dyson we still own. Who knew that cats shed so much? Pricey, but worth it so far. Would purchase again.

Q: I purchased a Dyson V11. worked for a while, loved it. however, the battery ran out we purchased another battery, worked for a while . it no longer works and se cannot figure out why. any ideas?

Q: i bought a dyson v11 vacuum and it worked up to 60 minutes on a full charge.it now will run about 15 minutes.how can i get a new battery on warranty from dyson.this is the second dyson vacuum i have owned and i had good luck with the old one.
