Not as sturdy as I’d like.

I chose to buy this instead of a metal shed expecting better quality and weather resistance. I am disappointed with how light the construction of both the metal parts and the plastic. The roof design relies on plastic pins to hold it down and they have to be siliconed after to make them waterproof. The door does not come with a latch so I have to stick a bolt through the handles or install a proper latch on my own. If I were to do it again I would get a metal shed at half the price.

Poor choice

I had the shed assembled. Lots of screws not screwed in, ie left over. Poorly placed i can't open the door fully as it abuts patio stones. The shed is advertised as 4 ft by 8 ft but inside measurement is 45 3/8" by 92". I would not buy this again, not satisfied.

Excellent product! With well laid out and easy to follow installation instructions. A great project for the couple who love to argue about everything. If after this installation, you have learned nothing about cooperative team work, then maybe its time you parted your ways as a couple. Warning!...It will be a tough battle to reconcile who gets to keep the "Shed". FYI...We decided to stay together (as Side Mates) for the sake of the Shed. Well worth the money, and the time we spent together building it.

Misleading information

The description of this shed said "foundation kit included". We did not find out until we opened the instructions that the structure required us to either provide marine-grade plywood, or lay a concrete base for the floor. We returned the item. (I do appreciate that the return was easy to do.)

A: I got it installed through professional handyman. From my observations, there should be no issue joining two of them and installing the door at the end. I would suggest to use some cable ties or similiar joining part/hardware available at canadian tire, rona, or homedepot to join the bases of two sheds together to get a firm grip. and for sure get it installed through a handyman. Dont do it yourself.

Q: picture shows 2 doors, however, description in the Q&A implies 1 door. How many doors does this unit come with? Can the panel beside the door be placed along the taller side of the end piece?

A: This unit comes with a single door that can be placed on either side of the 4ft. width of the shed. The panel on the side of the door can not be relocated as its a shorter panel

Q: can i install it on any side of the house? I mean i want the roof to be sloped to the right which means the left side would be the highest/ house side

A: I don't exactly know what you mean. The back of the shed which is the highest point of the shed was made to butt up against the side of the house. The door can be place on either side of the shed. You can't eliminate the back of the shed and use the house as the back of the shed. The entire shed should be placed next to or on the side of the house with highest point of the shed for water flow along the side of the house. I hope this answers your question.

A: it includes a galvanized steel rectangular foundation on which you can place plywood or pour concrete into the rectangular sections. It is not a floor but a foundation.
