Fragile

Extremely fragile. Treat them like glass. I've been very careful, I do not throw wood in, I place it carefully and the one brick I replaced already has cracks going from one side to the other. Not very durable at all.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Wrong product. I hate going into your stores. No customer service can't find anyone to help find something. Your buttons in aisles to ring for service nobody comes after 10 minutes I left. Canadian Tire has gone downhill.

Avoid, these are made from sand and last 5 minutes

The new firebricks are terrible quality. It broke within the first hour of use. I am sure they are cheap to ship since they are so lightweight but they DO NOT LAST.

  • A: Les joints entre chaque brique réfractaire n'ont pas besoin d'être scellés, mais il est impératif de respecter la disposition en brique du modèle de poêle pour respecter les dégagements testés.
