I purchased 12 of these boxes of lights each string does one preset display I then twist tied 3 strands as a garland that I hung over the patio railings looked great as each string displays differently

Frustrating waste of time

I bought this product from the CT website. When I picked it up, I found that it had already been opened. The remote control didn't work, so I presumed the product had been returned. There were three units still on the shelf. All had been opened previously, none of the remote controls worked. All four had obviously been returned as defective, and CT simply put them back o the shelf anyway. A frustrating waste of time!

Worst Lights Ever

Worked for 2 weeks and then some light stopped working and some no longer showed colour. Now when turned off many lights stay on. Dim and most white. Worst set of lights I ever bought. I suspect it is the control box that can not handle the very cold temps.

Two weeks and disappointed

Beautiful for the first week or two. Then the bulbs started flickering and going out. I got two strings, and list night the second string I bought, which is only a week old, one bulb started acting up. Tonight, three bulbs on that string are fully out, and four on the first string, two weeks old, are out, and many are flickering on both. I'm so disappointed.

nice lights poor quality. Bunch have failed

Q : How on earth is the 2 colour alternating setting programmed? I can only set one colour; the secondary colour is always white. Is that just the way it is, and the consumers don't get to be notified?

R : You can have every colour. White doesn't have to be shown at all if you don't want it. If you look on page 3 of the instructions you'll see the different combinations available. We use number 11 quite often which gives an amazing light show using all the colours. These are the best Christmas lights we've ever purchased. I hope that helps.

Q : Is there a manual online to program the remote? There was nothing in the box.

R : There is manual to program the remote. You need to play around with the remote to suit your needs. It is the latest thing nowadays. My fireplace in the house has the same remote control and I use it without any manual. It is the same remote works with my xmas lights as well. Hope this helps.

R : Hello Soccermom. Thank you for your great question. Sorry for the delay in the reply, but I wanted to contact the factory testing team for clarity. At NOMA we work hard to ensure the performance of our products will meet the expectations of our customers. The complexity of the electronic components in the NOMA Advanced Lightshow series makes it extra changing to cover the full range of Canadian winters and the extreme conditions. At this time, - 40C is not recommended for the Advance Lightshow series. -20C would be more optimal. All other NOMA LED lights can handle the -40C without issue. Q : Why don’t the light stay at the same setting when they come on again the next day? Save program only works when they are on that night

R : They will change and revert back if you turn them off manually but if you have a timer they will stay the way they are programmed until you change them , I have set different light shows and they always stay the same when using my timer

R : Never had an issue with the lights I purchased. Try switching the sections would be my first action. If that does not work then there has to be something in the connection end, either contact Noma or take back to store of purchase and see if they can help

R : You can overwrite the saved favourites by saving others over top. I believe there is a capacity of 5 to save then it starts overwriting.

R : Hello Naja. Thank you for your question. I'm sorry, but this NOMA Advanced Lightshow 50 C6 LED Lights does not have a Warm White option. The available Colour Options are: Pure White, Multi-Colour, Red, Green, Purple, Blue, Yellow and Pink. Best regards and Merry Christmas.

Q : Do these lights work with the hub 2.0? I can't get them to pair on the app. I have done the reset unplug 3 times and the lights don't go into pairing mode. Please help! Disappointed can't get it to work.
