Bought this kit to replace my old defective shower handle, this unit allows you to break it down to the valve body alone for risk free installation. I use only copper in my own house so soldered the unit in place. Once it cooled I just reassembled the unit, turned the water back on to test for leaks and was happy to o find none. So closed it all up and everything has worked brilliantly since. Very happy with the unit.

Q : I had this installed in 2019 and the faucet began constantly dripping/thin water flow about 9 months ago. Is that most likely the cartridge or valve that needs replacing? Are either covered by the lifetime warranty?

Q : I have had this faucet for 4 years and in the last 2 weeks I lost the cold water and only getting hot water. Is this mean the cartridge needs to replaced? If so what is the sku number so i will not have to take it apart to find the right one.
