Q: We have a problem with condensation on the outside of the unit , enough to get the table wet . This doesn’t happen all the time but when it does it’s a nuisance.

Q: would it be okay to add some essential oils into the water when filling up this humidifier? or would that damage the item? also what water should be used in this humidifier? tap or distilled or filtered?
4 years agoA: Use tap water. I don't think you can add essential oils to this unit. You need a specific compartment for that on a humidifier.

Q: Why does it have to be 39 inches from a wall, does this mean it cannot be placed on a counter, dresser or night stand?

Q: I recently purchased this product, everything works great except for the warm mist isn’t actually warm. When i place my hand over the mist output both warm and cold feels the same. Does this product actually provide warm mist?
5 years agoA: There are 3 levels for the volume of mist. When setting to Highest level of amount of mist, it will come out more warm mist, and let you feel warmer.

5 years agoA: Please refer to the Instruction Manual on our webpage. The NOMA Ion Exchange Replacement Filter (043-7361) is removed as part of the Monthly Maintenance, however it is recommended to be changed every 3-6 months.

Q: The manual indicates that there is Hot Plate Cover that should be removed when cleaning the humidifier. My unit does not have a hot plate cover. Is this a defective unit or is there an error in the manual?
