Q: I was surprised to see only both ends are braced about a foot in from each edge, leaving about two feet in the center unsupported. Under the stainless covering is like pressed wood type product, what is it, and what is the top weight load spec?
a year agoA: The wood type under stainless covering is MDF. For safety, the loading capacity of top weight should be no more than 150 lbs.

Q: I took out a couple drawers, (to make it lighter to lift). Now, with the drawers reinstalled, they will not open to the full extension, they only onen half way. The drawers I did not take out work fine. HELP.
2 years agoA: This is because the inner rails on the drawers are not properly inserted to the extended slides. Try to take out the drawers again and try as per manual stated. If it is still failed, call 1-888-670-6682 for help.

Q: Are the drawers removable? I'd be putting it in my basement, and the entire unit is too heavy to handle.
5 years agoA: Yes, the drawers are removable and the manual also shows how to remove the drawers. Empty the drawer first and pull the drawer out. There are two black release levers on each side. Pull it up on one side while push it down on the other side. As this time, you can pull the drawer outward.
