Great Price for Great Product

I purchased this item with the lower half just before they brought in the new line of Tool Chests and I must say it has made projects go much smoother.
I have been kicking my feet about buying a tool chest just because of the investment but now I'm kicking myself that I didn't buy one sooner. This tool chest specifically is perfect for my needs. The drawers are quite smooth and can withstand the mass amount of tools I have collected over the years and the powerbar in the top chest is fantastic for charging my batteries. I haven't quite experienced the need for a handle on the top chest because I keep it open all the time but i could see how it could be difficult with wet or dirty hands - but definitely not a deal breaker.
I would definitely recommend this product to others

Great deal on sale and think good bang for your buck. Like other reviews the only minor drawback is no handle on upper lid. Easy fix, isle 7 or 8 , really nice Heavey duty stainless handles and drill 2 holes which take less than a minute and problem solved. Looks a bit more classy also! Bought trays to put inside but we're a bit long so I cut them in 1/2 to use in 2 drawers to contain smaller items. I was also impressed how the upper and lower toolboxes were packaged. The way the younger employees loaded them on my truck I thought they would be damaged for sure but not a dent or scratch. I will attach a picture of the handle I put on top lid. Also like the idea of having a power bar in the top for pluging in battery chargers an installed a 3-0 fluorescent light on lid for a bit more light .

lid pain to open some times

Just purchased this item on sale at my Canadian Tie and have to say it looks and performs great in my garage. Fit and finish are top notch and the materials are more than sturdy enough for the average homeowner. Drawers have plenty of room and the casters are quite sturdy.only thing i dont like is there is no handle the lid for the box is a bait difficult to open some times but rather then that I am very pleased with this purchase

A: The drawers are approximately 1.85 inches deep. We would suggest taking your tallest socket to the store to confirm if it will fit.

Q: Possibilité de rangement? J'ai vu chez un ami des ensembles en mousse qui servent à ranger proprement dans les tiroirs. Il en a pour les clés, les douilles et les tournevis. Il y a la marque Mastercraft maximum. Comment dois-je faire pour en trouver?

Q: Does this top part of the box still fit on the old box? I Purchased the bottom part of the box last year and now am looking to purchase the top. Does the new top still fit the old bottom?

A: I have the old top.. and it fits with the bottom.. the product # never actually changed for the bottom, they only changed the tops. So, in answer to your question, yes it will fit... I paid less for the old top about a week ago, I personally like the euro style better and it was a lot cheaper, because of the clearance price!! Check the prices of your local stores
