great little corner sander. great power. lasts well. this is my second because the first was stolen. had it for years and worked great. i like to refunish furniture as a hobby and mastercraft is my go to equipment because of quality and durability.

Q: This sander is number 054-7292-4. What is the number for extra sanding paper/disks?

A: You can use the MAXIMUM Assorted Grit Sandpaper set (054-2088) or the Mastercraft Detail Mouse Sandpaper set (054-7012). We also carry the 3M branded sanding pads in 60, 120, and 220 grits, which are universal fit (054-5577, 0545578, and 0545579).

Q: What is the height of the sander as I need it to be 5.25 inches or less to fit in between some pergola slats while sanding? Measurement of sander from sanding pad up to be exact. Description says “height of package” versus “height of item”.

Q: What is the sku for the replacement pads? And are they backwards compatible to an older Mastercraft Detail Sander? Same shape?

A: Sorry, the pads are not sold separately.Compared with the old Detail Sander pad, they have different shapes and cannot be interchangeable.
