Iy appears to be a very handy tool in sealing leaks of various sizes. Dries to a scab which can be peeled off if necessary and fairly durable. Mulyi coats may be the benefit of a thicker and more durable application .

Q: can yuo use this to patch a gap between the house and drive way?

A: Depends on how large this "gap"might be. I used this to repair an eaves through leak and to recover some caulking around a skylight. Worked fine for that. To fill a gap, you'll probably have to apply a number of layers with drying time in between. Lots of YouTibe vidwos on this products. Good Luck.

A: Hey, I appreciate the question — but I wouldn’t recommend using Flex Seal Liquid to paint shingles. While it can technically stick and create a waterproof layer, it’s not designed for roofing materials like asphalt. It doesn’t breathe well, may not bond properly, and over time it can crack, peel, or trap moisture under the surface, which could cause more damage than good. If you're looking to protect or refresh your shingles, I’d suggest a roof-specific coating like an elastomeric roof paint or a product designed for asphalt roofing. Those are much better suited for the job and will last longer without compromising the roof’s function. A: Flexseal is quite "runny" and can be applied to just about any surface. It will not hold well on a vertical smooth surface but can be applied in a few layers. Cement block is porous and will absorb a bit but subsequent layers should seal it just fine. I haven't tried it on cement so can't say for sure.

Q: I want to paint a wooden window frame that is constantly exposed to moisture – it is inside a shower stall. Is this possible to do? Is it cleanable once it has hardened? Or, can this ONLY be used on horizontal surfaces?

A: I don’t think it will work, it is similar to paint as it will spread. Unless you paint it flat and let it dry then it could work.

A: Yes it will. Great on a flat horizontal plane but not great for painting on a vertical surface. Maybe a number of thin coats would work butt all in all, quite runny and takes some time to dry.
