Kaput after two years. Don’t waste your money.

I bought this no more than two years ago and it has proven to be a complete waste of money.
A few months ago it began leaking brown water despite frequent cleaning. Then today it is not heating up at all.
Don’t waste your money on this.
No, I do not recommend this product.

My last purchase
a year ago
I just bought this Iron. When I tried at home to see if it works, it didn’t turn on and nothing happened when was plugged in. I took to customer service to refund it but they refused. They told me it is used so they can just exchange. How is it possible that you can call it used when it didn’t even turn on?!
Totally unsatisfied with my purchase in canadian tire. My last purchase!

Q: Have the Conakry Extreme Steam 1875 iron. All the websites say 3 way auto off function but it isnt in the manual how it works. Is it adjustable? How does it work?

A: Hi, Thank you for your question. The instruction manual will be updated to reflect the 3 way auto off feature. In essence it means that the iron will shut off automatically after a few minutes if left unattended on its side or in a vertical or horizontal position. Thank you
