Poor service and store apperance

The product is A1 but at the Saint-Jérôme store the customer service is minus 10. On the app it showed that 4 filters were available in isle 29. In that location the shelf is empty so I asked an employee to check. He came in the isle placed some stuf that was on the floor and left, asked another employee that checked the shelf and went to see the person responsible for that department who did the same thing ans say that they might be in the stock room. I had to ask him to go check which he did and came back to say that they might be up on second story. I had to tell him to go check and bring two back so I could purchase them. I was in that store for at least 45 minutes to purchase 2 items which is ridicoulous. Further more that store would need a serious through cleaning and make sure that the customers can circulate freely through the isles. Too many pallets in the isles that are full and employes running around like hens with no heads doing nothing. I think it is time for someone from the head office stops at that location and fix this enourmus problem. It does not give a good name to the Canadian Tire name.

A: Thank you for your inquiry Joan. The wicking filter works by the capillary effect, allowing water to raise up on the filter so the water gets in the way of the blowing air. The blowing air then evaporated the water into the air to add moisture to the air. Q: How does one know when to replace the Honeywell Humidifier Wicking Filter A (HAC504 Series) ? Printing on box says every 1 - 2 months. Will it just stop dispersing the water? Please explain re turning it after 2 weeks per a customer comment. Thank Yo

A: Thank you for your inquiry. This is the page for the T filter, not the A filter. However, we will be happy to assist you. As you use the filter, it will slowly absorb minerals from the water. Flipping the filter every time you fill the water tank will help even out the mineral absorption to lengthen the life of the filter. As the filter absorbs minerals, it will stop being able to absorb water and the output will decrease and the filter will dry out faster than it can wick up water. Q: Honeywell Top Fill Cool Moisture Humidifier HEV615 all Canadian Tire in Ottawa say they have them when you go online but when you order the replacement filter HFT600 - HFT600C one are available, how do I get one to keep my humidifier running, HELP!
