Q: My humidity is 40 and temperature is at 65 is that reasonable for someone who lives in the basement? What numbers should it be for the humidity and temperature? Pls let me know
a year agoA: It depends on the time of year. Expect much higher in the summer and lower in the winter but your humidity reading is reasonable. 65 is a bit chilly but understandable in the basement, depending on air flow from the furnace and if the walls and floor are well insulated.
