Only got to use once

I only got to use this device one time. It worked fine that once, but then the manual said it didn't need to be disassembled or have water run through it to clean it. In fact, the manual said it SHOULDN'T. Now it's irreparably clogged, despite having now taken it apart multiple times to soak in airbrush-specific cleanser. The paint cup just bubbles, nothing comes out of the nozzle anymore.

It’s ok

Works fine when it doesn’t get clogged. I spend more time cleaning the thing than actually painting with it.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not worth all the money spent to make it run.

I had to buy a battery separately and then purchase a charger for the battery because it didn't come with one. Got it working and went to use it finally with some water-based paint, couldn't even get it to spray a fine line. then the trigger got stuck. I had to disassemble it completely to find a piece wasn't placed right. the directions only say to not take it apart at all, doesn't show how to disassemble or reassemble it and on the website it only says to follow manufactures directions which i dont know where these directions are. its good in theory but i could have went to Michaels and got a better setup for way less.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Do you have the schematics for the air brush?  I had to take mine apart and cannot get it back together.

  • A: I am not interested in returning it.  I am interested in getting it to work.  It clogged and I had to take it apart. Your manual is  useless in three languages.  it does not offer any cleaning or maintenance, and you need a schematic.  I need a new airbrush. How do I purchase a new one?

Q: research indicates you need the tool, a battery, a battery charger and the hub to make this work making this the most expensive air brush on the planet. is that correct?

  • A: JRA1 ALL airbrushes require an air compressor and a power source to run them. This is far from the most expensive airbrush set up on the planet. In fact, its one of the most affordable and portable airbrushes available.

Q: I have not used the airbrush yet, what kind of paint can I use, and where can I purchase the paint. Is there a manual for each product

  • A: If you are using standard acrylic paint, I would recommend using a dedicated airbrush thinner/reducer like Vallejo to thin the pain to a milk like consistency, water is also good to thin acrylic paint too. There are also Airbrush specific paints from Badger, CreateX, and Golden that are excellent to use and do not need reducing.
