Poor performance warranty and customer service

Was low on power and constantly plugged up. Used for about 1.5 hours then gave up and raked everything up. Brought it back to the store and they refused give me a refund, would only offer an exchange that I didn’t want, I wanted to purchase a higher quality product which Canadian tire dint sell. Customer service rep at the desk was extremely rude and short tempered. What has happens to Canadian tires warranty and satisfaction grantees have gone in the toilet as of late. That’s what always kept me going back there was the fact that if you ever had a problem thy took care of you, but apparently not anymore.

Our city stopped bulk leaf pick up and expect us to bag now. This Vac/Mulcher has helped me pick up thousands of pounds of leaves. With the hose attachment, I fill up bags that have 10times the leaves that you normally could fit. This is the most used outdoor tool I have. Fantastic

A: Hi, Yes you can use the Blower to blow "the light fluffy snow" ... won't work on the Snow ball/man type snow, too heavy ...cheers

A: Works great in crush rock, lots of suction but will not pick up the stone. My main tool for yard clean up in the spring and the fall.

Q: I have a mulcher/vacuum but have to stop literally every minute to clear any small twigs that get sucked up and I have to do things manually WITHOUT mulching. Does this handle smalll twigs?

A: It does a pretty good job handling small twigs. We have a ton of twigs, from our three locust trees and sometimes I will have to stop if I have tried to vaccum too much at once. As long as I take it slow and control how much material goes into the vaccum then it works pretty well.

A: No. I read it was not recommended but wanted to try it anyway. They were right. No good for pine needles.

A: Bonjour, Vous n'avez pas besoin d'adapteur. Il suffit d'utiliser une rallonge et de l'accrocher tel qu'indiqué dans le manuel pour le pas qu'elle se débranche (méthode pour sécuriser la rallonge).
