Amazing Air Mattress!

As a person who usually gets the air mattress that leaks, and who ends up sleeping on the floor by the middle of the night, this mattress is a revelation. It’s super comfortable, feels firmer than other air mattresses, and the convenience of the built in pump to inflate and deflate means that the set up and take down are QUICK! I highly recommend this product, and I purchased more than one for my family’s use.

Q: I have the twin double high with memory foam but cannot seem to get the memory foam section to inflate / expand. Any ideas?

A: Hi Carl and thank you for your interest in the Woods Queen DreamTech Memory Foam Double-High Inflatable air mattress. There is a cap and plug on the surface of the bed that needs to be opened and the foam will slowly expand on its own after a while. Then replace the plug and cap. It might take a number of hours if it’s been compressed a while.

Q: what is the warranty on this product . i cannot find a leak but it deflates quite rapidly.

A: Hi Andyco27, All new air mattresses will stretch when first used and will need to be topped up for a few days. After the initial stretching period is done (72 hours) it should stay consistent. For warranty information, please contact your local Canadian Tire Store.
