A little pop up cabin in the woods

I bought this tent after reading other reviews, particularly one that said, “given the choice, they would definitely buy it again”. I wholeheartedly agree. This is a lovely tent for car camping. It’s obviously too big for a backpacking adventure, however for car camping, it is quite compact and easy to pack. It’s easy to set up and looks amazing and was the envy of all the campers around us. Being shaped like a A-frame cabin meant that I could stand upright throughout most of the tent, not just the centre like in domed tents.
It will be a centrepiece of many glamping adventures to come.

Great tent

I’ve taken this tent to many festivals, it’s held up in rain, shine, and heavy wind. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it and definitely a lot of interest from other festival campers. It’s spacious, I really like being able to stand up in my tent and this tent offers that! Overall it’s worth the purchase!

Floor of tent needs to be a little thicker, as well the pins that hold the top plastic connectors in place on the pole need to be better secured as we lost one twice and one of the times had to search the forest floor for an hour to find it. Have now secured them in place with electrical tape.

Q: Is the floor a tarp material, or is it the same lightweight material throughout? Would the flooring stand up on a dirt tent pad with just a basic tarp under it? And how does it handle torrential downpours and strong winds?

A: The floor of the tent is the same material as the walls and fly. It has been resilient so far but has not been subjected to extreme conditions. It has kept rain out. The flooring has been good on dirt and sand. We enjoy this tent very much but are not rough with it.

A: You need to assemble the frame tubes, which takes seconds. They're all identified by colour code. The tent sides clip to the tubes. First time setup took less than 10 minutes for me.

A: I’d say it’s about a foot and a half! Just spent four nights in this tent! It’s definitely meant for warmer nights but it’s so easy to set up!

Q: Will this tent fit two queen mattress ?

A: If it did it would just fit and with absolutely no room for anything else. A queen mattress is approximately 6.8ft x 5ft and the tent's floor space is 10ft x 9ft. You may get them jammed in there but as it is an a-frame tent it wouldn't be comfortable. It is a wonderful tent though. I love ours.

Q: The photos show a grey version and a brown version. The 3 person tent is listed as brown, but there’s no colour listed in the description for this product. It says the primary colour is beige, does that include the canopy? Is it neither grey nor brown?

Q: Hi. My question is how does it stand up to strong winds and rain? As i live in bc we get alot of rain so having something that wont let in the water is a must. We also have a double high queen mattress as im a glamper and im wondering how it would fit
