My newly neutered pup is having trouble living in his cone. So I decided to try an inflatable collar. This is the second brand I've tried and he escapes from it within seconds. He simply pushes it over his head and he's out. It needs to be a lot tighter. There are limited ways to make it tighter. But the next size down would be too small.

No, I do not recommend this product.
