Very sad lock

The batteries it came with leaked, then the lock failed, customer service wasn't helpful, ongoing problems. :( Sadly, I bought 2 of these and both are not working correctly.

Good quality electronic lock set

Nice lock set. Easy enough to install with minimal tools. Instructions are reasonably clear. Be sure to program all your codes as you need to remove the inside cover to do the programming. Good quality rechargeable batteries do work despite what the instructions say. Matches my Emtek brushed nickel handle nicely.
