The was giving to me as a gift, I put it up last summer n over the winter it collapsed on me, bending all the pipes into and riped the canvas...How do I go about getting another one?

A: The height clearance is approx. 8 ft. With regards to fastening it depends on the type of ground. For grass, packed soil or sand a corkscrew design digs in fast and holds tight. Use either our 0371106 30” auger or 0371196 15” auger. For gravel, clay or asphalt either the 0371195 easy hook anchoring kit or 0371361 ratchet tite anchor kit.
