Disappointing

Pretty disappointing. The blades consistently stops moving and you have to move the taper level to get them to move again. I bought this to replace an older version which works much better and doesn't have this issue. I thought buying the more expensive one would mean better quality but am disappointed to say this is not the case. I will say the attachments are much better quality than the lower models but that is overshadowed by the performance of the actual trimmer.

Bel instrument, bel ensemble ; mais, bien que l'électricité fonctionne, le razoir ne raze pas. Je vais retourner chez le Canadian Tire là où je l'ai acheté, avec mon reçu, pour l'échanger pour le même modèle qui fonctionne. Sinon, demander un remboursement.

Q: Hi I bought Wahl Elite Pro Haircutting Clipper a while ago. I noticed that one of plastic guiding blades (#4) was missing. Is there any way I can have it instead of returning the whole product?
