    Replacement for an existing WAHL trimmer.

    Needed a new trimmer after my previous trimmer had failed, it was also a WAHL and had provided long, reliable service. The choice of another WAHL product was easy. I would have preferred a straight-up battery operated device versus a rechargeable device but this is what they had.
