It concentrates heat to achieve wood-fired temperatures for a crispy pizza. With less heat escape, it's easy to get the texture and flavour similar to a commercial wood-fired pizza. The BBQ pizza hood features an integrated thermometer to have those perfectly done pizzas right in their backyard. With sturdy and durable construction, this stainless steel hood is made to last. You can extend the pizza hood from 17 11/16 inches to 26 5/16 inches for easy use. This outdoor cooking equipment fits most 2 to 4-burner BBQs.
