Q: I've bought two The Rock reversible grills and they have twisted over time and heat. Is your product guaranteed against such problem?

A: The "ROCK" is made of aluminium, and as such, will warp under high temperatures. The PADERNO is cast iron. Will absolutley stand up to the higher temperatures.

I like result a lot. This plate used even with small propane bbq gave me very pleasent convertion from direct fire cooking (due to burning oil and fat drops) to more healthy cooking. Now mix of olive oil, batter and nelting fat from product does not burn but extract flavor from onion and rosmarin to create amazing mix of flavor of smoke and species.
