BBQ replacement burner

The holes on the venturi tubes were a little too small ( i believe same size as valve) for my Broli-Mate grill so it wouldn't go on. One screw removes the burner cap on the venturi tube and you can drill out the hole opening one size larger. 29/64 bit fit, no problem after that.

1st - part was broken. 2nd part was missing. Parts required modification. Finally parts were assembled and functioned as required. Return of parts was easily done due to excellent service from return personnel.

Fittait bien dans mon vieux Broil King OMD 50,000 BTU mais manquait 2 petites plaques pour bloquer les 2 autres trous optionels...J'ai dû me servir de mes vieilles plaques en losange sur mon vieux brûleur fini scrap :(

Q: How do you find out if it is compatible with your BBQ? I cannot see a list anywhere? I have Broil Mate 1651-54. The burner has rusted to dust .Thanks for any help

A: amazingly I have worn out 3 of these in my old BBQ.key is your two valve output stems; they will be horizontal behind the on/of knobs must be max 10 cm apart for the replacement pleated aluminium tubes to stretch and reach these stems and safely attach securely with the provided springs. good luck and safety

Q: Will this fit a Broil King Crown 9956-54? The opening of the cap at the end of the venturi tube was too small, so I had to remove it.

A: Go to the store with the old burner, to confirm size, shape, etc. I did as there are 2 overall size units to pick from.
