This baking pan is fashioned from professional-grade, heavy-gauge uncoated aluminum to provide even heat distribution and superior heat conductivity. Its heavy-gauge rim is reinforced to prevent warping. Rust-resistant and oven-safe up to 450°F (232°C), this pan is handy for making round layered cakes, deep dish pizzas and more.
