The two frying pans are not induction compatible. False advertising, very disappointed. Unfortunately I had already used the pots when I found out so could not return the product.

Q: The online description says the pots are 18/10 stainless steel, however when I went to the store today the box packaging and the user manual did not have 18/10 mentioned anywhere. Are they definitely constructed of 18/10 stainless steel?

A: I called Canadian Tire Customer Service line yesterday (Aug 15) and the agent told me it was 18/10 from a separate product listing she had access to. On her checking and answering yes to my question 'can you definitely 100% tell me it's 18/10 set and not an online error?' I went ahead and purchased yesterday - this is disappointing and somewhat misleading to advertise as 18/10 when it is not entirely.

A: Thank you for your inquiry, the frying pans are aluminum non-stick however the saucepans and Dutch oven are stainless steel. Hope that helps.
